Norfolk Construction is proud to be a three-generation family-owned and operated company, founded all the way back in 1960.

Founded in the small town of MacGregor, Manitoba, we have grown to meet the home construction and renovation needs of Southern Manitoba and Winnipeg.

We work hard to earn and maintain our A+ rating, awarded by the Better Business Bureau. No matter what your residential project may be, Norfolk Construction can help turn that dream into a reality.

Meet Our Team

  • Second Generation Owner

    Sheldon worked together with his father at Norfolk Construction Ltd. for decades before taking the helm in 1998. Under his tenure, the company continued to grow its operations across southern Manitoba.

  • Operations Manager

    Linda and Sheldon are a strong team both at Norfolk Construction and in life. Linda works hard to manage the company's daily operations while the team is on-site.

  • Third Generation

    Joining his parents at Norfolk Construction in 2022, Nolan brings years of experience in the needs of the Winnipeg residential market. No matter what your dream construction or renovation project may be, this team will make it a reality.
